Catching the Eiffel Tower light show is a must when you’re in Paris. Every hour after sunset, the tower lights up for five minutes. The first time I saw it, I was blown away. There’s something special about seeing it in person.
For a great view, head to the Trocadéro Gardens. It’s less crowded, and you get a clear shot of the tower. Another good spot is along the Seine River. The tower looks amazing reflected in the water.
Bring a coffee or a crepe, find a spot, and just take it all in. It’s one of those moments that makes you feel like you’re really in Paris.

A night at the Moulin Rouge Cabaret is something you just have to experience when in Paris. The minute you see that iconic red windmill, you know you’re in for a treat. My first time there, I was blown away by the energy and spectacle.
The show is a wild mix of high-kicking can-can dancers, incredible costumes, and a lot of sparkle. The performances are top-notch and keep you glued to your seat. It’s not just a show; it feels like a step back in time to the Belle Époque.
If you go, consider doing the dinner show. It makes for the perfect evening in Paris. The food is surprisingly good, and it makes the evening feel even more special. Tickets can be a bit steep, but it’s one of those things that’s truly worth the splurge.

Enjoying a drink at a rooftop bar in Paris is a fantastic way to see the city from a whole new angle. One of my favorites is Le Perchoir in the Marais. It’s got a laid-back atmosphere, and you get an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect for a relaxed evening.
Another great spot is the rooftop at Terrass’’ Hotel in Montmartre. The vibe here is cozy, and the view at sunset is something you won’t forget. You will have such an amazing view onto the Paris skyline.
And if you’re after something a bit more modern, check out 43 Up on the roof of the Holiday Inn Paris Notre Dame. The views of Notre-Dame and the Seine are stunning, especially at night.

Taking a guided bike tour of Paris at night is a fantastic way to see the city. I did one recently and loved it.
